Yoga Boot Camp
"Is that sweat or tears dripping off your face?"
Commit to 4 classes a week, for 4 weeks for YOGA BOOT CAMP. Sixteen sessions will transform your body and your mind. Take four classes a week, between TUE, FEB 21 and TUE, MARCH 21, 2017.
And, to add to the excitement, we'll add a bit of fun with a BINGO twist.
Here are the details:
- Take any FOUR classes a week, for FOUR weeks.
- YOGA BOOT CAMP BINGO card can be added to your YOGA BOOT CAMP challenge. You may check-off up to two squares a day on your BINGO card.
- To receive maximum benefit of the YOGA BOOT CAMP, commit to 16 classes during the challenge.
- Must take 4 classes per week, over the course of 4 days. No doubles allowed.
- This challenge can be a WORK-OUT or WORK-IN; it's up to YOU!
