Vanessa Siren was born and raised in Brazil and started modeling at age 16. Modeling brought an opportunity to travel the world and with that a love for yoga was born. She has been practicing for over 20 years and has enjoyed practicing in lots of exciting, exotic places including Spain, Germany, and Switzerland. She enjoys all different styles including hot yoga, Ashtanga, and Power Yoga.
Vanessa completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification and has also completed training in senior, prenatal, Yoga Nidra, and body pump.
Vanessa is a mother to five beautiful children, including 3-year-old twins! She credits yoga with keeping her sane and balanced. She believes practicing can be fun and exciting, and laughter only adds to the beautiful energy of yoga!

This all-levels hot yoga class is accessible to everyone, beginners to experienced students alike. Set to music in a room heated up to 102 degrees and at 40 percent humidity. This set-sequence class uses functional commands to direct students in and out of postures, blending the elements of true Hatha yoga and Ashtanga-inspired vinyasa power flow. You will work the entire body, toning your muscles, promoting a healthy weight, and reducing stress. This class is a journey you can take daily to improve yourself physically and mentally. Classes are 60 minutes.
